Jonas and Turner bought the condo for $5.6 million in 2018, according to records, prior to their marriage which took place about one year later. They also bought a glass mansion in Miami in the fall of 2021 for $11 million. After redesigning the home’s interior, the couple then listed the property in 2022 for about $17 million. The property finally sold this past August for $15 million.

Property Chomp's Take:

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner, the Hollywood couple currently going through a divorce, have recently listed their Manhattan condo for sale. The 2,900-square-foot apartment located in the trendy Nolita neighborhood is on the market for around $6 million.

According to reports, Jonas and Turner purchased the condo for $5.6 million back in 2018, just before their marriage. They initially listed the property in 2020 for $6.5 million but failed to find a buyer. The listing price was reduced twice, first to $5.9 million and then to $5.4 million, before being taken off the market in 2021.

The condo features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an open-concept design with floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living area. The kitchen boasts Imperial Danby marble countertops and high-end Miele appliances. One of the standout features of the unit is a 1,450-square-foot landscaped private terrace with stunning city views.

The listing is being represented by Carl Gambino of The Gambino Group at Compass and Adam Modlin of Modlin Group. The couple has owned several luxury properties together throughout their relationship. After their Las Vegas wedding in 2019, they purchased a $14.1 million property in Encino, California, which they sold for $15.2 million two years later. They also bought a glass mansion in Miami for $11 million in 2021 and sold it for $15 million in August 2022.

Joe Jonas, known for being part of The Jonas Brothers, and Sophie Turner, famous for her role as Sansa Stark in Game of Thrones, started dating in 2016 and got married in 2019. They have two children together, and Jonas filed for divorce in September.

It's clear that the couple's real estate ventures have been a significant part of their lives, with multiple high-end properties in their portfolio. However, it seems that their Nolita condo is not finding a buyer as quickly as they had hoped. The real estate market can be unpredictable, and even celebrities are not immune to challenges when it comes to selling their properties.

Whether it's due to the high asking price or the current state of the market, it remains to be seen if Jonas and Turner will be able to offload their Nolita condo this time around. As the divorce proceedings continue, the couple may need to reconsider their selling strategy or be patient until the right buyer comes along.
